Weekly Meal Plan: 10/20-25

 

We’re past the worst of the fall, schedule-wise! What a relief to be on the other side and back into a normal routine.

I’m home every evening this week, thank goodness. Jon is out Tuesday night for a work thing and on Wednesday night with friends; I’m going to take the kids to synagogue on Wednesday after school for Simchat Torah (and a pizza party). And then I’m heading out of town - solo - for a wedding on Friday!

chicken curry with spinach and rice
kids: rice with meatsauce (made with leftover burgers) and sliced peppers

Monday

Oaxacan adobo pork from Pati Jinich’s cookbook with tortillas and fixings

Tuesday

kids: dino nuggets and pesto pasta with sliced veggies

Wednesday

pizza at shul

Thursday

Pati Jinich’s chipotle turkey meatloaf, leftover pasta, and green salad
