Weekly Meal Plan: 11/26-12/2

 

For my own breakfasts, I’ll have smoothies (fruit, oat milk, and protein powder) and/or hard-boiled eggs; lunches will be foraged from leftovers and whatever we have lying around in the fridge/pantry.

Jon’s going into the office on Tuesday and Wednesday. I’ll be in the office on Thursday and we have a board meeting that evening, so I’ll be home late.

Sunday:

spaghetti with pesto, spinach and roasted delicata squash

Monday:

leftover pizza from Brookeville Beer Farm

Tuesday:

venison and beef chili with good bread

Wednesday:

Crispy Lemon Chicken Cutlets with rice and green beans

Thursday:

Friday:

pork chops with potatoes and broccoli
