Weekly Meal Plan: 12/3-12/8

 

For my own breakfasts, I’ll have smoothies (fruit, oat milk, and protein powder) and/or hard-boiled eggs; lunches will be foraged from leftovers and whatever we have lying around in the fridge/pantry.

Jon and I will be going to an engagement party on Monday night. (Thanks for babysitting, Mom!) Jon’s going into the office on Tuesday , Wednesday, and Friday and has work events on Wednesday and Thursday evenings. I’ll be in the office on Thursday and have a work event on Friday evening.

Sunday:

Italian Sausage and White Bean Soup with good bread

Monday:

kids: mac and cheese and sliced veggies

Tuesday:

chicken/tofu and veggie stir-fry with rice

Wednesday:

Greek take-out

Thursday:

first night of Hanukkah at Omi and Papa’s house

Friday:
