Weekly Meal Plan: 3/24-29

 

This week will be a little simpler than last week, thank goodness - except that we start evening swim classes for both kids on Monday, which will be an adjustment. Otherwise, I’m only going into the office on Tuesday and Thursday; I have plans Thursday evening. Jon is going into the office Tuesday through Thursday and will be out on Tuesday evening. We’re both going out (together) on Friday night.

Sunday:

sautéed vegetables and Laoban dumplings that we bought at Costco last weekend

Monday:

chilli from the freezer with mini naan

Tuesday:

kids: mac and cheese with sliced veggies

Wednesday:

stir fry with chicken/tofu

Thursday:

hamburgers

Friday:
