Weekly Meal Plan: 11/19-11/24
For my own breakfasts, I’ll have smoothies (fruit, oat milk, and protein powder) and/or hard-boiled eggs; lunches will be foraged from leftovers and whatever we have lying around in the fridge/pantry.
It’s Thanksgiving week! Jon’s working Monday-Wednesday and going into the office on Tuesday. I’m only working on Tuesday. We’ve invited my mom, dad, and sister over for dinner on Tuesday and will be at my parents’ house for Thanksgiving day.
Sunday:

kids: make-your-own pizza with sliced veggies and hummus

(The original plan was pork chops with potatoes and broccoli but the kids requested bagels with lox and cream cheese, so dinner ended up being a free-for-all and we put the meat into the freezer for another time.)
Tuesday:
peanut noodles with chicken or tofu; bagged Asian salad
Wednesday:
broccoli and chickpeas in coconut milk, leftover chicken and tofu, and couscous
Thursday:
Thanksgiving at Mom and Dad’s!
Friday:
leftovers
