Weekly Meal Plan: 2/4-2/9
I’m between jobs this week and will be out on Wednesday evening. Jon will be in the office on Tuesday and Wednesday and has plans on Thursday evening.
Sunday:
sausages, gnocchi, and roasted veggies
Monday:
beef (Jon and kids) or tofu (me) stir-fry with brown rice
Tuesday:
pasta: mac and cheese for Robbie, kale pesto for Claire and the adults with roasted carrots and chickpeas and chicken meatballs
Wednesday:
venison chili (Jon cooks)
Thursday:
breakfast for dinner: scrambled eggs, vegetarian sausages, and Hulk muffins
Friday:
baked cheesy pasta (from leftovers) with pesto and spinach
