Weekly Meal Plan: 9/8-13

 

Yep, we’re back into a classic school-year week! I’ll be in the office four days this week and Jon two; we each have a work event one evening. And extracurriculars have started up! I prefer this pace to a slower one, actually. The inertia keeps me moving forward.

I’m out on Tuesday evening and Jon’s out on Wednesday evening. Robbie’s ice skating starts up this Thursday, so he and Jon will have McDonalds (a treat!) on the way home from classes. And then Jon and I are going to the theater on Friday night!

Sunday:

pork tenderloin, leftover roasted tomato and labneh pasta

Monday:

fajitas: tofu and pork tenderloin

Tuesday:

kids: mac and cheese, sliced veggies

Wednesday:

chicken sausages, pearl couscous, and broccoli

Thursday:

forage

Friday:

kids: pizza, sliced veggies
