Weekly Meal Plan: 11/12-11/17
For my own breakfasts, I’ll have smoothies (fruit, oat milk, and protein powder) . On Monday, I’ll roast a sheet pan of veggies that I can have along with leftovers and/or hardboiled eggs for lunch through the week.
Jon will be in his office on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; he has evening plans on Tuesday and Friday. I’ll be in my office on Thursday and we’re going on a date that evening. [Update: I came down with a terrible cold and we ended up staying home on Thursday.] I volunteered to bring mac and cheese to Robbie’s class on Friday for their Thanksgiving potluck, and Robbie’s staying at school that evening until 8pm for a PNO.
Sunday:
venison stew and good bread (Jon cooks)
Monday:
pumpkin gnocchi with chicken sausage, spinach, and pesto
Tuesday:
roasted veggies and couscous
kids: boxed mac and cheese, dino nuggets, and sliced raw veggies with hummus
Wednesday:
forage
kids: frozen pizza and sliced raw veggies with hummus
Thursday:
butternut squash soup (from Costco) with Italian sausages in rolls with peppers
Friday:
all out
