Weekly Meal Plan: 4/21-4/26
Passover starts this week! We’ll be going to a family friend’s home on Monday for the first night seder and then are hosting our own annual [metaphorical] second night seder on Friday. Between the two, Jon will be out on Tuesday evening and I have a work event on Thursday evening. I’m the only one in the house who keeps Passover, so you’ll see non-kosher-for-Passover foods in the meal plan below that the rest of the family will eat and I’ll just skip.
Sunday:
Trader Joe’s sweetcorn, basil, and burrata ravioli with spinach and apple chicken sausage
Monday:
First Night of Passover - seder at a family friend’s home
Tuesday:
kids: dino nuggets, veggies and hummus, and mini naans
forage
Wednesday:
pesto salmon with couscous and green beans
Thursday:
